The outline of the research roadmap of Agrotechnology and Bioproduct Technology Research Group is the stages of developing bioproduction and bioconversion technology to become one of the references towards the development of a sustainable Agriculture-Bioindustry system in Indonesia. Research and development of conversion processes to produce bioproducts by increasing crop productivity as the main source of bioindustry (food, feed, biofuel, biochemicals, fiber and others). The sustainability of the level of agricultural productivity is highly dependent on the arrangement or organization of the structure of organisms in relation to the interaction of organisms with each other and especially with biota in the farmland environment. Therefore, the scope of research will be based on the structuring of biological processes in a harmonious ecosystem in an agricultural environment. Research and development of conversion processes to produce bioproducts with desired specifications. The preferred conversion flows are biological-conversion dan biochemical-conversion flows that take place at temperatures and pressures close to the environment.
